Here are a few pics of my current progress . building a light bar this weekend and working on a few other things that need attention .... but here is my progress so far.

So the light bar is coming along nicely .took a visit to my local lowes and picked up some 1 1/4 conduit pipe which is 1.5 in OD . After visiting several shops in the area i was unable to get anyone to do the correct bend . My father had a old trampoline leg in the scrap pile that had 2 of the correct bends on it sooooo. after some cutting welding and a little putty work im left with this .....




will still need some primer and paint. but it measures up perfect to the pdf on the motorpool sight and lines up to the bolts on the windshield frame. cost was about $20 for metal $12 for a roll of mig wire and maybe another $10 for misc stuff .not bad for under $50..... anyway more pics to come

Awesome i have some family in syracuse . Your build is far nicer than mine. Im going to be doing some additional work this weekend and hope to get some more photos uploaded.i located a family style rollbar and will be documenting the removal and replacement . also hope to get some primer on the light bar.

so i picked up a parts jeep for the family bar, what a shame to part it out ... 114000 runs like a top , but boy is it rusty.
