Really fantastic work.

Could you just elaborate on how you made the gate? I've been thinking of building one for the comicon I'm in later this month. My original idea was to make a metal frame via conduit and connectors, then adding foam panels over that. That would hopefully still allow it to be disassembled into something manageable. I was thinking of sizing very similarly to yours.
