Tomorrow is stencils and paint!

I think the best preventative measure (other than "abstinence") is to give it an under carriage wash and was the rest of it after every time you drive it after they put treatments down. Even if you put an undercoating on, it won't cover every single nook and cranny. I dunno, I wouldn't risk it. I consider mine a show car at this point...usmercenary wrote:Once it comes home I'll probably have to kick my brother out of the garage spot to keep it nice and safe inside. I'd love to drive it in the snow but you're right about the chemicals they dump here. I wonder if there is any sort of protective undercoating to apply to the underside of the jeep?
Don't get me wrong, you can take it out in the winter... I took it out on Christmas day but only because it had just stopped raining a crap ton and the roads were dry. Just a little chilly without any windows on.usmercenary wrote:I'm sure once I see it all done and together, I will definitely want to protect it as much as possible, so I won't take any unnecessary risks.
