Jurassic Park Jeep #19.

Post by Jays95RioGrande » September 28th, 2012, 7:38 pm

Its official. I am hereby claiming #19. In the past year I have sold my Rip Grande to upgrade to a 6 cylinder same year. Only one problem, its green. Already got my lights, and just about to order the decals. Paint is gonna be the big expense. Wish me luck. I will post progress pics soon.

Good luck, I like my 6. And very glad I didn't do the 4 thing. Painting yourself, or farming it out?

My uncle has a shop so I'm probably gonna let him do it.

Well, I have finally made the first step towards JP 19. Got my personalized plate in and hoping to order my decals and send for paint soon. Life keeps trying to stop progress, but I will forge ahead. Pics coming soon.

First decals are on the doors now. Slowly but surely this dream will come true. Paint is gonna have to wait for a bit, so for now I have a green Jurassic Jeep.

I agree. Unfortunately life has been throwing some curve balls at me. It also doesn't help that this is my daily driver, so it's hard to have it out of commission for any amount of time. I think this is going to be a good year for it though. We're in the process of selling our house, and trying to move to Florida. Hopefully we'll make enough on the sale to go ahead and get the paint job taken care of. That's all I lack. Thanks for being patient with me.

Nice! I hope this year is better to you can make some progress. My jeep is not my daily driver so that makes work availability easy on it.
