Alright I'm just gonna have to take it to a mechanic. I changed the rear diff oil today and I found a PIECE not a little metal flake, not a sliver, a PIECE of one of the gears.

And the cover was all scratched up on the inside(probably due to the loose metal piece inside)

Sorry to hear that. At least jeep gears are not too expensive. I would check with your local jeep club and see if anyone has some laying around. Never know you might get lucky.

It wont take long for the runner next to that one to break. When it does, you will know. I have broken a ring gear once but two teeth broke at the same time. I think it was about $450 for a new set. That was for a 12 bolt chevrolet rear so the price will be different. Someone else might have a better $ figure for you but i think that is a good ball park.

Alright so I've looked at it an have consulted with several diffrent mechanics and I have determined that the metal chunk came off of the pinion gear, so all I'll have to do is disassemble the rear diff replace the pinion gear and it should be good as new. And looking into the prices so far it won't cost that as much $$s as your Chevy did. Sets that include all installation parts and whatnot (from what I'm seeing) are going for about 150-300 bucks

Unfortunately I do not have a local Jeep club :( but I have heard of a guy here in town that's into modding his Jeeps into crawlers, so I'm hoping to contact him and ask if he might have a pinion gear.

Oh BTW I found out that ALL stock manual tranny TJ's made from 97-04, came off the factory line with a standard 4.11 gear ratio (for future reference if someone ever wants to do a JP TJ conversion)

Alright so it's fixed and I am back in business!!! Got a new rear diff gear assembly, so there problem solved.

But now there's another problem. I was doing the aux light wiring the other day and I noticed 4 connectors that were not connected to anything at all, they were just loose there I have no clue what they are for, everything works fine it runs good. But I'm just a little bit concerned about these loose wires in the engine bay.
Here's a video about it:

Alright I got a little bit of an update!
This weekend I picked up a pair of rims (witch would have been from a TJ Sahara) lucky I didn't pay a cent for them I just traded the guy for some junk that I had laying around. There's still a little bit of tread left on these tires so I'm going to be putting these on my TJ, and I'm going to sell the tires & rims that are on it right now. Just gotta find a spare :p . Also I should be ordering the lights and lightbar sometime this week :D

So I got the lightbar mounted with the lights, aaand the lights aren't turning on. I checked the switch, it does work (it's a OEM TJ switch that lights up) and the lights were working before I connected them to the relay.
There is 2 relays, witch is 1 for each light. So I figured that the lights should work if I run one switch to power the two relays witch in turn should power the 4 lights.
Now am I doing something wrong here? I wired up everything correctly (I think) and I checked the light bulbs, is there anything else that could have gone wrong? :(

Depending on the amp draw and wiring for the lights, one relay could have been fine. I took a quick look at your videos... did you ever make a tutorial for the NV goggles you made?
