Some updates on repairs/upgrades.

After having a rear brake line rot out, I replaced all of the lines and flex hoses with stainless steel; filled with dot4 and flushed/bled the system. Also replaced the rear brakes cylinders and hardware.

Added a cooler to the props:

Replaced the bump stops with new:

New plugs, distributor and plug wires, last time they were changed was 65 million years ago:

New heavy-duty powder coated gas tank skid plate:

New steering stabilizer, the old one was a gigantic bitch to get out (tapered bolt), it went through some nice plastic deformation before finally popping loose, then cut it when an angle grinder to get it out:

I have a lot on my list downstream. Next up is to replace the old leaf springs and shocks with newer/better quality ones.

Great work dude. Prolly too late, but if you're looking for a replacement fuel tank mat, I got mine from here for about $30:

Thanks. I actually tossed the old mat and am running without one. Eventually I'll drop it again and put a new mat back in, but it's not going to hurt anything in the short term.
