"Muldoon" Boots

I've oiled them with mink oil and let them sit for a few weeks to allow the oil to "set" in. New cushion-y insoles installed.
Time to take the "Muldoon" boots (actually repros of WWII 'combat' boots) out for a spin and see how they feel in real life. Just going to Wally's world to pick up some things but it should let me know where I need to make adjustments.
These are NOT easy to put on. It requires extra skill when you have knees that don't always work the way they are supposed to and one calf area is pretty much permanently swollen AND the mink oil doesn't allow for tight grip of the straps.
