I have an old FARGO ID printer that I got from my old job, suppository it still works, I would just need to order film for it. Bummer is it only prints the standard credit card size, the JP ones look much larger.

With permission from Cyrix.. I will be selling custom badges soon. I have a professional photo ID printer, and have been doing this for a while. Here is the first print of a Nedry badge. There are some bugs that need to be tweaked, like making the yellow and blues much brighter and making room for the hole punch.

I've also made a few improvements over Cyrix's design like putting in a different barcode (which reads "Jurassic Park Rules"), and adjusting the spacing on the "Jurassic Park" part.

And here is the near final version (a few additional changes have been made) on the left. How to purchase them will be in a new post in the For Sale forum.

Are we going to be able to send our own picture to get put on there?

That is actually the point of these. You put whatever name and photo you want in the box. Here is where you do it:

Kind of a random question.. But does anyone know what the back sides of the employee badges look like?

I'd assume, and I'm probably wrong, that the backside of the badges would have safety tips and color codes for certain events.

I'm taking this from when I worked at wal-mart.
Every employee was given an ID badge and another badge with safety tips and color codes for certain security/safety events.
