Hey not too much more to report on this project unfortunately, I've fitted and tested the 12v globes, they work great, it's just hard to photograph with my phone. I've also used several HD screen shots to scale the insulator assembly for the behind the top light from known measurements of the lights. I then drew it to scale and am half way through carving one from a huge polystyrene block. I plan on taking it to get a fibreglass one made.

Next steps are building the electronics to flash lights and try get the accurate buzzer sound and also build an I beam from plywood.

What brand light is that for the orange and blue lens?
Do you have a link on where to buy it?

Hey mate. They are Federal Signal 191x lights. You can't buy them to take a bulb anymore (new model is LED) and they are now black instead of the correct grey (mine were black and I had to completely rebuild them).
I must warn you brand new they are $350 usd! Even second hand they are around $100, you might get lucky and find someone selling one a bit cheaper but brace yourself.

Alright, i'll find a cheaper alternative for now, starting a 4.5' fence build soon, based more on the Dilo fence which only has the orange light.
Hoping I can find some used ones at work between now and when I need all my props in October.

They are kopp brand globes. Search on ebay for kopp globe or k globe.

Unfortunately when JPL was taken down my more detailed thread went with it.

Some extra pictures of the exact model of filter I used to get the correct size buzzer.

Anyone interested I can get some more accurate measurements for the bracket with no parallax error from the camera.
First picture is a side by side comparison of the on screen buzzer and my effort.
