Full Size Dinosaurs from Original SWS Molds

Post by raptorwrangler » February 14th, 2014, 1:57 pm

Do you still have money left over from your JP Jeep Build? Want a Jurassic Park Rex head? Perhaps you'd like a full size raptor or a baby stegosaurus. Yes, they are cast from the original molds! I think this is amazing, and I want all of them ALL!

Holy crap!
Well boys it might take me a little longer than I expected to finish my Jeep. I have to go buy a dinosaur.
Seriously though I don't even want to call and ask because I know I would eat ramen noodles for a year just to buy one.

Someone should contact them just to get a ballpark estimate... Towing around a t-rex head or raptor behind the Jeep to car shows would be awesome.

"Call for price" annoys me. Why not just put his prices on the website?

Makes me suspect he'll jack it up if he thinks he'll get more.

I had no idea these were a commodity and the price fluctuated so much.
You make them so you know what the materials and labor costs.....there is no reason not to post a price.

I'm guessing it's a "If you have to ask, you probably can't afford it" deal lol

but seriously, I'm guessing in the the 3-5k range for a raptor.

Guess it doesn't really matter. I'm not gonna ask.

No prices takes all the fun out of window shopping. :)

Well I have a ton on my plate now but eventually I might try my hand at building a 1:1 Compy. If that goes well, I can try my hand at a full size raptor. Would probably be made from paper mâché though...
