Can anyone print a few of these maps out for me? None of the print shops will here since they are "copywrited" maps.

Me and my friend found one on JPlegacy I believe, printed out a small version, but I have the PDF on her computer, we're planning to go to staples and print them on better quality paper, I'm trying to figure out how much it will cost and how many I need.
I'm starting to collect things for my jeep right now, but I still have yet to get a Jeep...

What would this fold technically be called? Its hard finding places that will print them like this. Its an unusual fold.
