I wanted a raptor crate. I wanted it to be small enough that it could collapse and fit in my Jeep, so I made one. It took three full days of work, and I'm pretty happy with the results. The effect on crowds is even better with a Bluetooth speaker inside playing raptor sounds from my phone. I simplified the design a bit from the movie prop, but most people don't know the difference. It's certainly close enough that anyone who's seen the movie gets the idea. It was a lot of fun to build, too. My kids loved it so much they wanted me to shut them inside.
