Is anyone familiar with this seller on eBay?

I've seen these canes advertised and was wondering if this is a reputable seller and if the cane is close to being screen correct.

The Amber on top looks horrible, but the cane itself doesn't look too bad

Not a bad price. I think a good polishing of that amber on top and it'll come out nicely.

Did someone here do a run of the Hammond canes a while back or am I just wishfully thnking?
