Where did you mount the switches on the inside?

what about the inside of the light bar how did u stop rust?

I think the bar will be fine as it is, mine has zero rust on the inside.

as for mounting the switches i ran each lights wire through the hole in the back of the bar near each mounting tab.

then i drilled a 1" hole into of the side of the jeep that goes into the passenger compartment. Then i ran all 4 wire through a grommet and into the interior compartment.

Here you can see that i mounted the switches to the oh shit bar above the glove box
Ran all 4 light to the accessory switch in the fuse box under the dash. LightS all run indepently as they did in the movie

here is a photo of the switches mounted. I think i will get a blank cover to fill in the end and hide the rest of the wires

Holy crap that looks great! When you test it out, let us know the actual functionality of those lights are.

On a side note, I've got that same Ikea lamp

I actually just had an idea for your glovebox delete pannel. you should try to do a Data plate for it. Until the late run of Cj5s, jeeps came with acid etched Data plates. IImage

cool nice light bar im powdercoating mine the only thing im a little lost on is how to wire the lights up. like relays fuses and all that.. i know how to do butt connectors and stuff like that. just dont undersatand the route and where i need to run it all. mine will be non-morotized 55w each 4 lights.
