Pennsylvania JP18
Pennsylvania JP18
Here is our 1992 Wrangler. When we got her, she was in rough shape. While still not complete, she's a lot better than she was.

Looks great to me! If I may ask, what shade of "red" did you use?
John Hammond: "All major theme parks have delays. When they opened Disneyland in 1956, nothing worked..."
Ian Malcolm: "Yeah, but John, if The Pirates of the Caribbean breaks down, the pirates don't eat the tourists."

It's actually Satin Colonial Red from Rustoleum. I looked at a ton of screen shots, and also figured that props personnel use the cheapest methods possible to create the effect. Luckily, it worked out.

Re: Pennsylvania JP18
It went from the iconic zebra paint made famous by the tv show Daktari from the late 60s to the now popular JP paint. That jeep has had a cool life.
This makes me think about other car related changes. For example all the old muscle cars that are extremely expensive now are going to drop in price and all the cool stuff that us younger guys love is going to go up in price. Time to buy a Supra

Looks great, was gonna ask qheat red that was. im thinking of going with Ford Performance Red, but that one looks great! What gray did you use? LJ1? I love how its almost matte/(low gloss)
Re: Pennsylvania JP18
I used PPG Sand Beige Metallic (Low Gloss). It is the correct color for the 1992 Sahara that was used for filming.
