Re: Dave's JP Jeep #29
Dropped the Jeep off this morning at the shop. Will send progress pics as my painter sends them to me, been almost 18 years since I wanted to do this to getting it done. Back when I watched the first movie in the theater.

Hell yeah man, I know exactly what you mean. When i was little and watched JP for the first time I remember telling my parents I wanted a jurassic park truck when I grow up. Im getting closer with every warm day I get here!!!
Go ahead, make fun of my JP jeep. Then all of a sudden a T-rex comes out of nowhere!!!!!!!!............The jeep only sets 4, who's laughing now?

Jeep is still in the shop, they did give me a better deal if they could work on it in their spare time as filler. Should get done next week, I am crossing my fingers. So stay tuned .

Re: Dave's JP Jeep #29
Paint shop just sent me this:
Pic looks a bit glossier than it is, I chose an eggshell clear to match the 1992 color, but its still 1993 champagne.

Re: Dave's JP Jeep #29
Still working on vinyl. I had some die cut vinyls but they had too many bubbles between the layers so the paintshop recommended we not use those. Had a local guy print some but the red turned out more pink and it had a white border. So he is going to make a die cut vinyl set for me. So still a work in progress, but at least most of its done. Just need to bring it home add the ambers and retrim it back together and swap seats.
One thing I did notice was that those pin stripe non-faded area is gone, like they were never there.
Still looking for a less sun faded rear seat. Mine is pretty uv damaged.
Here is what the printed ones looked like, that red was too pink in person.
