Thanks AJ.
Hey, since your the only person that seems to have any opinion on my project  What do you think about this:

I decided to go with these lights since my theory has always been "If you cant do better, do different" and since cyrix already did #12 and your also working on #12, I figured I would do my #12 different.
My question is, should I try and make the light guards like in the movie or just paint the body of the lights the main color and paint the inner housing red? I ask because Im not sure if I could make the guards look good and be sturdy enough not to get damaged during high winds or tree branches.
Go ahead, make fun of my JP jeep. Then all of a sudden a T-rex comes out of nowhere!!!!!!!!............The jeep only sets 4, who's laughing now?

I prefer the Jabsco lights... but those sure do look cool!

I would only worry that they be super expensive. I bought my Jabscos for ~$130 each.. and then you gotta worry about being able to control them easily.

I think painting them the body color + red would look great though!

I like how these set lower, but I actually like the jabsco lights better also. I couldnt find them when I wanted them though. These were more then the jabscos but are rated at 500,000 candle power vs 100,000 with the jabsco lights. Spared no expence. :D

You mean the lights? I just keep a watch on ebay until one goes for auction, usually only one bid is placed.
