Haha, thanks. I've actually driven to 10 of the south eastern states on diving/camping roads trips for work. My most recent is a drive from GA to NJ then camping and diving In PA then to jeepfest and back. One of my goals in 2017 is to drive to CA and get a pic of 19 with the Jurassic Park RV, camping and diving all the way there and back. When I get back from one of my adventures it usually take two solid days of cleaning to get her mint afterwards. I generally only post my adventure stuff on instagram.

The front and sides of JP19 are pretty much finished. So, I needed to tidy up the back end. Today the parts needed finally came in. My next day off I am going to install them. I bought the relay I had made to both support the Jurassic RV project and pay tribute to another Jurassic Park vehicle with 19.

Rigid SR-Q diffused back up lights
Rigid taillight mounts
Rigid amber lense covers
Custom Jurassic RV 20amp rocker relay to toggle between the bumper lights and the rigid ones for camping, JP meets etc.

So, one of my goals with JP19 this year was to install lockers in her. Well at least a switchable front locker. The rear D44 has a trac-loc differential. The jeep has 3:73 gears, so a buddy of mine had a damaged ARB air locker for a D30 that would work with the 3:73 gears. I picked it up off him and today I inquired about the parts needed to rebuild it. In a few weeks or so I'm going to order the parts and hopefully get it rebuilt in a timely manner.

Finished up the rear of 19 Sunday. I installed the rigid srq backup lights with Amber lens covers, Since these will be used for camping and gearing up and down for night diving, I opted for a diffused lens with a wider beam. The back up light switch engages both bumper and rigid lights. Inline in the cargo area I installed the Jurassic RV relay to enable me to turn off the bumper lights while still using the rigid lights if I wish. Since 19 is a tribute I wanted small things from other JP vehicles hence the Jurassic RV relay. In the future there will be a few more JP accents from other park vehicles installed on 19.

Nice updates! I've never seen an ARB thrashed like that before, hopefully they can supply you with the stuff you need to get it working again. Don't they have some sort of bulletproof warranty?

And sweet backup/ditch lights, and Rigid too, those are some quality pieces! When I get around to lighting I think I wanna copy exactly what you did.

Thanks man! Yeah, the ARB is pretty beat up. I have the parts break down from ARB and called about the parts needed to repair it. Later this summer I'll probably revisit rebuilding and installing it, in the mean time the D44 rear has a track lock diff in it so it should get me through most things until I can install the front locker. So far I'm loving the back up light setup. I haven't been able to use them camping/diving yet but as soon as I do I'll update. Feel free to use any idea or design helping other JP jeepers is why we're here. Lol. I have 2 more Jurassic RV rocker/relays left if you choose to use one for your setup.
