I don't feel like reading the whole post so don't know if you mentioned it, but what brand paint did you go with and what type, enamel, urethane, etc? Thanks

No update on paint this weekend.
However, I did buy something!
Saturday I took a drive over to Massachusetts to pick up a rollbar. As you can see, its not perfect. I'll be sandblasting it, and painting it black.
For lights... well, I got the KC69's originally. Then decided I would use lighting more than a winch, so those will be mounted up front (twin sets of headlights? okay!). Up top, I picked up a set of Jabsco knock-offs. Controller is different, but who will really notice that part? On that note, any ideas where to mount them on my dash?
Also thinking the rear ambers will be mounted off of the bar as well, on the underside of the plate from the jabsco's.

I have noticed lots of cherokees in the junk yards these days. I would put money on the liners being the same. You can use car-part.com to search participating yards in your area. I like to search for something like "door" because it should be attached to the car and small stuff like a liner might not be entered into the system.

Thats what I am hoping- the rears I know are unique, but they are in good shape. It will take some work, since the liners are attached to the studs that the flares mount with. And the flares were painted/cleared over, making removal impossible. Of course, a but of hackery is always present in old Jeeps!
On a less jurassicy note, I may be picking up a 96 cherokee soon to...borrow... the parts to make the truck 4WD.
