i tried to drill the same size too close. lots of filing was needed.

well then i'll tell you the same thing i told them: get yourself a set of quick-release bow knuckles. my bestop frame came with them and they are the best thing ever. makes it so easy to just take the top down and then right off

So I have finally made progress on the light bar. I finished my controller solution, which was to cut the storage basin out of the glove box, and mount the controllers into the glove box door. I think it looks pretty good.

I also finished grinding out the mounting holes on the light bar itself so that they can match the holes on the jeep, with washers to accommodate the larger hole.

Not sure why it is sideways :/ click the image for proper orientation! These things are crazy bright and tons of fun to move around. They do however blow around and get pushed by the wind while driving

FYI July 15, Southington Drive in is going to be showing Jurassic Park. Weather pending I'm going to try to get my Jeep over there.
