Thanks guys! I love how the matte single stage paint came out. The shop got enough of the red to paint a set of wheels, and the wheels currently on the jeep are in pretty rough shape. Last week I bought a set of Rubicon wheels and I will paint those hopefully this coming week, and then swap them onto the Jeep.

Trying to decide how it would look in the front if the chrome headlight surrounds were painted black and the blinkers smoked out instead of orange...

I would paint the surrounds to match the body color (like the YJs), and leave the turn signals orange, but at the end of the day, it is up to you.

I think the headlight surrounds would look great painted the body color.

Painting them the body color now might prove to be a hassle considering the paint step is done and it might be hard getting my hands on just a small amount of that same paint, unless I were to somehow just get some in a spray paint can and paint them that way. For now I will probably leave as is for convenience sake

Brief update as I slowly crawl towards the completion of this project. The wheels that I picked up got painted to match the red and I bought a new set of appropriate tires to be mounted. I was able to pick them up last night, I cannot wait to swap them onto the Jeep!
