Scott's Jurassic Park Jeep Build!
After looking for months, and trying to convince my wife this was a good thing, I was able to find a 1993 Jeep Wrangler Sahara to start my project. Some of you already know that I had to drive from Edmond Oklahoma to a SW suburb of Huston TX to buy it. I got tired of looking at butchered ones around Oklahoma and when I saw this one go up for sale I couldn't resist. It had 138k miles on her, the top and tires were replaced in 2009, and it is completely free of rust. There are a few dents here and there and of course a laundry list of little things that either need repaired or replaced, but the interior is in amazing shape. And I really didn't want to start out with a messed up interior. It still needs a good cleaning on the inside, I've been enjoying having a Jeep again I haven't stopped long enough to pull out the shop vac and shampooer. Anyway enjoy the pictures.

That's a really great start. Should be easy to convert.

Yeah no kidding! I saw this one listed locally and was hoping I might get a Houston buddy for my Explorer to hang with! That, or I wanted it for myself but it was out of my budget. Either way I'm glad it went to a JP Jeep member and now I can at least get to see it converted to a proper JP Jeep, like all early 90s Saharas should be!ImperialTrooper wrote:That's a really great start.
