I bought my Jeep last July after months of looking I found a 1994 sahara in Alabama. It has only 83000 miles on it and was in very good condition other than paint. I never could find one in Ohio that was not rusted out. I actually bought one in Florida, went down while on vacation to get it, from a dealer by the way, and poked a hole in the frame with a car key, so obviously I didn’t leave with that Jeep. It took 2 weeks to get my money back. I drove to Hilton Head for another one, I would have bought it, but the owner would not budge on the price. Guess he figured since I drove 12 hours I would buy it. Left without that one, he was asking 6500 I offered 5800 he said no. What’s funny about that is a month later the day I was going to Alabama to get this one I saw it on Craigslist for 5700, less than what I offered! Oh well I got a better one. So to all of you looking for a sahara get one from a southern state and be patient.

seems like there is no timeline. it's like you bought it and painted it in days. building a JP jeep took much longer before all the info was available. I saw tow hooks for #18 are being sold now. good job! great forum!
all the other forums I use suck in comparison.

It took from july 2017 to April 2018. Lots of sanding! All the way to metal
