Central Florida JP??
Central Florida JP??
I finally bought a jeep!
Not sure on a number yet..... but it's going to take me a while before i get to the point where I'm putting numbers on so it's ok.
I don't really know what else to post right now besides pictures..... so heres some pictures
My phone camera makes everything look worse than it is, the seats are nowhere near as faded as they look, or wrinkly but i think that is just a shadow from the window.

Thanks, I shopped around for a few months trying to find the right one.fantomas wrote:Nice. That is a clean looking YJ.
One of the best parts is that the guy was very anal about recording every detail when he did something, he gave me that book so I have more information then i could ever need about it since he bought it 8 years ago.

That's great when previous owners do that. The guy I bought the jeep from had it for 2 years, and his sister bought it brand new before that. He handed over a crap ton of paperwork, mostly receipts from what she had done. Most interestingly was on 10-29-1999 she paid $1,250 for a tune up and tires then on 11-11-1999 there is a receipt for a $3,100 Jasper re-manufactured motor.sumaes wrote:Thanks, I shopped around for a few months trying to find the right one.fantomas wrote:Nice. Thanks, I'm in Lakeland. managed to find this one locally even though i had been driving all over the state looking for the right one. Just as my other car died i found this one, so it all worked out well.Cyrix9445 wrote:Beautiful Jeep! Where in central FL are ya?

I lost my job, so I haven't made any progress. But i picked this up today for free.
Re: Central Florida JP??
Took until yesterday for me to go get the torx bits to mount the light bar, but it's on now. Not much progress but it's better than nothing.
