I started a GoFundMe

Post by Jeep3NC » February 22nd, 2017, 4:40 pm

Everytime i get some money put away something happens and I am unable to get things together. I have a lot going on in my life right now and I thought I would give gofundme.com a shot. Maybe it helps maybe it doesn't but I have to try. To build a JPjeep has been my dream since before I can remember. It was the first film I ever saw in theaters and I was hooked. I hate asking for help in any sense but I have to try right? Ive been at it for years now and can never get enough for a jeep before the money is needed else where. Anyways heres the link, and either way ill get there whether it be today or 10 years from now. https://www.gofundme.com/help-me-create ... hood-dream

I'm not trying to be negative here but you do realize this site is for medical causes, youth team fundraising, school funding
Projects that benefit your community like parks.
I can't put a post on there and say " I can never afford a Corvette "
You need to pick up extra shifts or find additional part time work to fund a vehicle you don't need
It's not alot to save for
Buy one as a daily driver and fund it with the sale if your current daily driver Then build it as you drive it
I mean....really
You know what i'm saying

Hey, I need some money too!!! Lol, I love people that make go"F"me accounts. I'm building a Jeep and I'm completely unemployed. Thank Jeebus for tax refunds, ahaha.

People use the site for many things. I don't mean to offend anyone I just thought it was an idea. I'm sorry if I have offended anyone I'm just having a hard time. Regardless I'm still going to save and push forward until I've accomplished my goal.

Jack said it better than I could. Why does everyone feel entitled now? You want something, go work for it! Don't expect anyone to just give you a handout so you can build a toy. This is ridiculous.

OK guys well no one here knows me or my life.
1. I deleted it because a lot of what you all are saying is right. I realize I need to do this on my own
2. Born in 89 so not quite a millennial. lol
3. I truly hope if I need advice or help (non money wise) I don't get reactions like this.

Thanks for the clarity I needed. It wasn't the best idea.

89 is smack dab in the middle of being a millennial, Durr.
