Thanks man! This is my first replica build, I'm more experienced with restoration work but thought this would be a fun new adventure . This movie came out when I was 9 or 10 and I've always dreamed of owning one of these. So, I guess I'll build one. So far it's been a great change from just doing a restoration and I look forward to the rest of the build.

What!? How do you guys find these!? I check Craigslist and/or eBay periodically, but simply haven't had any recent luck finding these seats!

I posted a want add on a local jeep forum for a set of side steps and a trailer hitch. The first guy that responded with a trailer hitch just happened to drive a Sahara and I was able to talk him out of the interior in trade for mine plus a couple extra seats I had. I'm more than stoked about these!

Just wondering what progress you've made on your build... Hopefully we can have a "Jeep meet-up" soon! :-)
