I have totally thought about doing an expedition rack as well... The Kargo Master one I think would look nice since it keeps the round bars, and the smittybilt one looks killer. Of course personally I would paint them in red, to have them look really awesome with the JP paint job. The olympic one is pretty good looking too. Also Wild Boar makes a YJ rack, though not pictured on their website, you have to call them.
I dont like the garvin one as it has square tubes.

I agree it would have to be in red ha ha I think the garvin fully loaded would be cool, but your right the tubing is off

I am doing the Cooling system today T-sat, RAD and water pump including upper and lower hoses if you all would like pics let me know

That safety tape is kinda cool. It's coming along nicely. and beside have fun with it,, thats the whole reason we all do this stuff anyway... I'm too anal for my own good sometimes to enjoy this stuff

I think it looks good, I found a guy who will do my paint job for 3 grand my father in law had work done by him and loved it.

What light bar did you use?

BTW- The spray can of black Plasti Dip I bought today says it covers "approx. 5-10 square feet". That's a big range. Probably closer to 5.
The gal that answered the phone at dipyourcar.com suggested 12 cans to cover a Jeep with 5 coats. I suspect that number may be a bit low.

I ordered ten cans from the manufacturer (I hear their cans are larger then plasti dip) sp we will see how it goes, still waiting on them. also I used the Olympic Maxi light bar from quadratech
