I had to use short yellow fog lights so the top window would clear them. It was either this size or nothing. Still need to wire them up. Actually I may just make them backup lights.

Looks good! plastidip has advantages, but also pitfalls.... Love the matte look though!

Thanks Brian!

Yeah, Painting it would have been easier in some regards.

It'll be nice to be able to touch up spots to make them look like new.

Thanks.

Didn't get to the top yesterday. Had to make a few trips to Home Depot for the kid's roller coaster science project and then cut parts.

There's always next weekend, right?

Looks awesome, would love it see it in person.

For the fenders, might want to give adhesion promoter a shot before buying new ones. You can pick that up at any pep boys/ autozone.

Busy weekend-

Painted the door & windshield frames, fixed up the passenger door with a working lock, new handle, door panel, & pull, got the temporary light bar on, got the decals on, etc. etc. etc.

I have that same light bar. Put some tape over the mounting holes for the lights, it will cut down on wind noise a bunch. I recommend aluminum speed tape.

Driven it 3 days now up to 70 on the freeway and don't hear wind noise. Not any more than usual anyway.

I'm loving the hardtop and full doors look.
I think I'm going to have to pick up a hardtop And some full doors for my jeep.
Another jeep I use to have had full doors and a hardtop... I miss it now lol
