I took three different fog light sets to create a high visual fidelity set with great functionality. I am using a 13 watt non halogen style bulb versus the 55 watt H3 style bulb. I can run the 13 watt ones all the time without breaking laws or blinding the people behind me. I used rubber closeout boots from another KC light set which really cleans up the looks of the mounting. I also put two washers under each mount to bring the base up. with the base mounted higher I can point the fog lights down to help eliminate brightness. I am also using metal reflector housings vs the plastic ones from the KC set. those KC ones are really cheap plus we know now that KC isn't correct anyways. so the search continues for a "Power" brand plastic reflectors. having the Power brand will be worth the switch to the cheap plastic reflector...I am blown away by how cheap they are....

Nice work. Oddly, my off brand version came in 1 side that has a shield and the other is missing.

making another one would be easy. The H3 style bulb would just need one without bends but it might make a slight difference in the shadow. only one way to find out but you might have to make two so that the look is the same side to side.

more fog light updates. cleaning up a set of "power" brand. I still have another set with a halogen bulb base. I could swap that base over but then i'm stuck with a H3 bulb that is 55watts.
