Power was out since Wednesday so I wasn't able to do much, but made up the keychain for the car since I want it to be a one of a kind.

Did some work on designing the center console. Still a ways to go but getting there!

Wow. Man you really got it all figured out. When you finish your tour car, will you be kind of enough to let people sit in it? I'd love to seat in a completed explorer, let alone one that works! My question is wheres this angled part for the rear monitor? It sat angled up in the original explorer? Also (this is probably a stupid question but I feel I must ask it anyway) will there be vents on the center console? say the bottom of the sides to help cool down all those concealed electronics? See images below for concerns with your console.

Grabbed this from the movie. While the TV is tilted the console is not. Odd design but that is what I am going off of. Would make more sense for it to tilt with the TV but I guess they just didn't bother.



As far as the mic goes, I will just have the mic itself be the plug, or since it is black might be able to cut out little slots for USB ports.

OH MY! How embarrassing of me. I totally forgot that the tv looks like that in the film. My bad Ronime, carry on dude. I also sent you a Facebook message on the THG props Facebook page. As far as the mic goes, I don't see why you can't just add another hole on the surface, though it might look weird. Carry on good sir!

Oh no worries, I love bouncing this stuff back and forth. I am literally going frame by frame to try to get the details, haha. That is of course when I'm not busy trying to catch up on the business stuff. One of my business partners is helping out when he can with some base fabrication for me to finish up here. Just so much to do, and so little time and money, haha.

Could probably have this done in less than a month if I had all the money at once.
