Also got the wheels and tires painted and mounted...this i think makes the biggest step towards looking like a jurassic jeep

This jeep also had the usual cracked exhaust manifold so i thought it would be way easier to do this while the driver fender was off boy was i right, replaced it in 3 hours , start to finish. Jeep needed a drivers side fender that was a hugh pain in the ass to get off....

next started cleaning up the rust on the frame and under the jeep. it also came with the original soft top and half door...it even had the correct door panels with the pockets started the teardown, took off the stripes and started taking off the fender flares. Jeep had alot of rust issues... got the wheels off it and off to get sandblasted and got the crappy broken...
