Could be springs or spring bushings. Mine creak a little on steep hills under load, but not a big deal to me. I spray the springs with some white lithium grease and that works for 6 months or so. Get someone to bounce on all 4 corners and see if you can isolate the noisy spring. They have nylon bush...

Ok Dave Have a a few Questions for you now that I have my Jeep :D . Are you still running stock springs? Any body lift? Stock saggy springs, no body lift. Would love to get some new stockish springs to raise about 1 inch. But I don't want to lift it and make it look like a rollerskate with the smal...

X2 recoring the radiator would probably cost more than just swapping out for an aftermarket.
