Looks great! You might think about filling it on the backside with a 2 part resin. It will make it much stronger.

I recently did a set for a friend, but I wasn't completely happy with the way the vinyl adhered to the jacket. I'll get them printed on a different type of vinyl and check that out. If it works out OK, a run will be likely.

Here's the shot I used to come up with my earlier guess of 7 feet. I had to redo the scaling because I couldn't find the original file. This time it seems to be more like 8 feet tall, scaled off the 3.5" wide post. It might be hard to see without zooming in, but I think I got the 3.5" pretty close. ...
