The jeep looks like a great starter. Your lucky that you got the screen-accurate half doors. It took me forever to find those. The 102" whip CB Antenna and spring and ball mount I bought from radio shack for a good deal. Good luck!
Thanks,
Adam

Re: Pennsylvania Jeep #26
Again, it's a family friend so we put a deposit in of $1,500 and then said a prayer and gave him free reign. He should be hooking us up with a deal though. The taping layout of the stripes was all done by them. The paint guy works in a movie car garage so I trust that it will turn out pretty good. S...

Jeep is painted!
The sand beige color has officially been painted. The jeep looks great. The red detailing will be done in the next upcoming days. I really suggest going with the matte paint. Most hollywood cars have matte paint anyway for camera lighting.

Decoration!
Also, I got some decoration for around the jeep at shows. I got the T-rex paddock sign (custom made a stand), a T-rex head, and some fake foliage. I'm probably going to also get a helmet.

More shop pics
Okay! Primer is done. Windshield frame, fender flares, and side steps are painted. We choose the Sand Beige LJ1 paint, matte. It's actually really amazing! I totally get the misconception about the grey now. Below you'll see a photo of the paint card. It looks grey using my iPhone camera which expla...

Re: Hold onto your butts...
COBrian, that is an AMAZING idea. I'll think up some ways to get that done tonight. Also, I don't have my paint booth. I called in a favor from a friend that owns a garage (that's the key)!! Thanks guys
