Some come with shoulder lapels, but I removed mine easily.

I nabbed mine from eBay and the patch from my favorite patch outlet.

The hats are Port Authority and also found online in those colors.

Looks good, are you sure that antennae tie down is 'permanent' though?
I'd be worried the tie would slip off the base.
