Ive always thought about grabbing one of those and re-skinning it in foam latex for a realistic look. It may even be possible to just build up the latex over the existing fabric. Hmm, off to do more research....

I did the same on my jeep; used the factory paint job and used plastidip for the red. It worked out great. Just take your time with the plastidip and do some research on how to spray it before starting. Its pretty forgiving, but there are definitely some tricks to getting it looking perfect.
