Re: Jurassic tj build
The jeep looks great. I haven't seen too many haters on this forum. I went with the original paint scheme myself but I am keeping my jeep lifted with 33" tires. I see you have a hi-lift mounted on the hood. I'm thinking about putting mine back up there. Looking good, keep it up.

Re: New Project.....Jp Jeep in La Verne, CA
You'll be surprised at how well the plastidip holds up. When I put mine on I was thinking a year at most.. I'm almost 2 years now, and its still doing pretty good. I still want to paint, but so far it just isn't in the cards to do so. COBrian, did you find it difficult to remove your masking work a...

Re: New Project.....Jp Jeep in La Verne, CA
O.K., the last couple of nights after work I worked my masking tape magic and applied the front and rear stripe as well as stenciling in the number. I've only accomplished this on the drivers side. I have not started on the windshield frame yet, as that will be considerably more work. I decided to u...

Re: New Project.....Jp Jeep in La Verne, CA
I stripped all of my stickers off. My fender flares were pretty faded and cracked, so I had to sand and paint them. I went with a sand brown "2X Camo Paint" from Rustoleum. The Jeep is never going to be screen accurate, because I do some pretty extreme offroading with it. I also applied the door dec...

New Project.....Jp Jeep in La Verne, CA
I've decided to turn my 95 YJ Sahara into a JP Jeep. I already have the appropriate seats, body color, running boards, fenders etc....... I'll keep you all posted and any advice would be greatly appreciated. I just ordered the decals and stencils from Eichelman Designs. This should be a long, fun pr...
