Re: KP's JW JP29 Build [Complete]
So after about 6 months of driving a completed JP Jeep, I finally got a chance to meet up with Bossk and his Jeep. I had always been suspicious that my paint was the wrong color, it seemed to appear more "tan/gold" than "sand". When the jeeps were parked side by side, I definitely knew my color was ...

Re: KP's JW JP29 Build
So that pump in the pic up there ^ was a 2000 XJ style, it had a different belt depth and didn't work, got a pump and res from a 93XJ and it was perfect. Bought new pressure and return hoses for a 2000 TJ and they fit perfect from the gear box to the pump/res (only 2 hoses needed vs the 3 original o...

Re: KP's JW JP29 Build
Well, I've finally had enough of the steering gear box being junk and I'm replacing it. I've tried adjusting the old box and it still has a hard point in the center that makes it hard to drive down the road. During the change out, the return hose broke off the old box and broke off the reservoir. Im...

Re: Jeep Comanche Build
Bummer, sorry for your loss. Sounds like you got a lot going on, hope all is well on the homefront. Wish I would have heard about this sooner, would have made you an offer on the buy back, thats a pretty clean MJ, sad to see it go.

Re: CT TJ JP 05 [Complete]
That cut seen with Ellie grabbing the leaf shows the wiring coming out of the jeep and going into the light bar. I'm wondering if all the jeeps initially had the search lights and then were removed due to getting in the way during filming or maybe its just that 12 and 18 are the same jeep.

Re: coloring book 1993-2015
funny, I kept all my JP stuff from many years ago, and even picked up a JW coloring book after the wife spotted it, although mine are a different variation of the same books... https://farm6.staticflickr.com/5654/23463324704_9ccb6ed8fe_b.jpg I probably have about 20-30 books from that era scatted, I...

Rubbing alcohol will take the writing off your rear amber light
My bad, those are clear stickers with black writing that say "new 5 year warranty" you can kinda see the one peeling up, I forgot to take them off, LOL

Re: KP's JW JP29 Build
This post blows my fucking mind. It's beautiful man! Congrats! Still can't believe how fast this complete overhaul was built. I'm thinking about doing the winch remote plug like that as well. Sleek Thanks, this has been my favorite project so far. The scavenger hunt for all the right parts was fun ...
