Hey Rob,
Not yet - I had my rear bench professionally re-upholstered using original fabric and the carpet is next on my list. Hoping to do it by November…I'll post pics when I do. Thanks for asking!

Re: Re-inventing my Complete JP Jeep
Hey Rob,
I bought a green carpet kit a couple of months ago, but wasn't happy with the fit or color and the vendor took it back. I may be receiving an ACC Dark Green (7980) carpet kit from 1A Auto for Christmas though
Will show some interior shots once I have the new carpet in.

Re: Re-inventing my Complete JP Jeep
Jack Fauth has done it again! I have nothing but praise for Jack and his superb craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer service. I know that previous customers have said the same thing, but if you live in the mid-Atlantic region it is well worth your time to talk to Jack before starting a ...

Just dropped off my JP18 to Jack last weekend for a complete overhaul … Jack is a rock star at JP conversions and a really nice guy!

Re: Re-inventing my Complete JP Jeep
Hi Rob, I received carpet samples for a variety of shades of dark green that ACC makes. I'm going to go with 7980 Dark Green, as it looks to be the closest to the factory Dark Green color so far as I can tell. I'll try to get a decent pic of it to post. Will probably order my carpet kit in December....

Re: Re-inventing my Complete JP Jeep
Hey Rob, So I bought the Newark kit but the coverage area was far less than the original carpet. The seller allowed me to return it, so now I'm looking at other options. I spoke with a local upholstery shop and they said Auto Custom Carpets (ACC) replacement carpets are pretty much the standard. The...

Re: Re-inventing my Complete JP Jeep
Making good progress. Tonight I de-badged my interior, removing the little metal Jurassic Park emblems from the steering wheel and dash and the T-Rex decals from the shifter knobs. They are cool and all, but I'm really striving for as much screen accuracy as feasible. I also managed to pick up a pai...

Re: Re-inventing my Complete JP Jeep
Hi Rob, Yeah I saw the poor reviews but figured they are probably for cars where the exact fit may be more important… I feel like if I get it and it doesn't fit I'll just return it. No, the light bar came with the jeep when I bought it…COBrian sold it to the prior owner. I think he said it's actuall...

Re: Re-inventing my Complete JP Jeep
Hey COBrian, Thanks for your post. I'm planning on having the adapter fabricated for the JABSCO lights, have them mounted, and I think the light bar height needs to be reduced too…here is a comparison between mine and JP12 at IOA..what is is supposed to be like an inch shorter? http://i998.photobuck...
