Are you sure it was a cb? That sounds like they had business band radios and a repeater and had not "narrow banded" per new national interoperability regulations.

That's only meant to stop the use of modified radios transmitting on anything but the designated CB freq's. Some manufacturers have made radios with "extended transmitting" that's basically a modded radio from the factory, but those are rare and you'd know if you had one, because you'd have paid for...

Alright, I'll see what I can come up with. If this doesn't work out, I know some people that have some screen printing equipment, and I'll look into what it would take to be able to print on pvc raincoats.

Would people be interested in getting some jackets, if I could get the images printed on? A buddy of mine works for a company that prints on bags, from grocery bags, to the ones you get at conventions and expos. He'll be asking his boss if that's something they would be able to do.
