Re: 93 Explorer XLT JP05 Oregon

There's an angle on the rear of the center console for sure: http://i.imgur.com/l3chXwx.jpg

Also the Panasonic unit under the monitor isn't a decal, it was resin prop. Nathan has done some work to replicate it: http://i.imgur.com/bdLGn70.jpg

Re: JP Motorola Saber II radio ready

Looks nice! I was just thinking - it might be fun to have a Saber shell with a microcontroller inside that plays back clips of Hammond and Sattler from the film when you press the talk button.

Re: Alan Grant props-Water bottle and carrier

Well, naturally I found a hat with the patch in the midst of talking about getting the patch replicated. http://i.imgur.com/YMh6Maxl.jpg If you guys want the contact info for the patch gal let me know since there doesn't seem to be quite enough interest for me to pay for getting a run done (qty 12+)

Re: Alan Grant props-Water bottle and carrier

Found another vendor on making the A16 patch. She's confident she can replicate the patch. There's a $50 setup to replicate it but I'll eat the cost if there's enough interest here in the run.

Re: JP 29 Houston, TX "Rexy the Rex Wrangler"

I'm not quite sure how, but it seems as though the entire Houston Jeep chapter has the wrong door decals. At any rate nice progress on the build. ;)

Ellie Backpack

I've been trying to find one of these for a long time and finally came across one that looks about 95% right. The straps are slightly different, and the folds in the pattern don't quite hit the same points - but at the same time this is the only full suede brown backpack I've seen hit ebay in a few ...

Yeah, you guys don't want to see the test patch my friend did. It's decent but really lacks the fine fidelity of the real thing. Back to the drawing board!

Re: Alan Grant props-Water bottle and carrier

Good call. There's only a faint plasticy smell on the inside so I think it's safe.
