I know it's been a long time but, as a moderator, I'm assuming you're still around. Any updates? Also, what did you initially pay the guy off Craigslist and how much the the whole engine problem set you back (including labor)?

Will you be sticking with the tan interior or swapping for grey?

I did cheat on this Jeep by buying it 90% done...but it was such a steal I'd have been stupid not to. I actually prefer the grey myself. Yes the sand biege is screen accurate but here in Oklahoma we get long hot summers and you don't get the lush greenery so I find that the grey fits in better and ...

How do you feel about the grey color rather than beige seeing as how everything else seems to be gearing towards screen accurate? Are there any other liberties you intentionally took?

When these quiet little things start up and drive off it does kind of sound like the Explorers when they first start moving on the automated track in the movie. My brother has one but would never go for something this cool.
