The more I look at the photos and compare it to my own UK1200, I'm pretty sure it is just a 2" - 3" long piece of plastic, 3.5" ID. The flashlight necks down at the end and is exactly 3.5". I just wished I could see what that reflector is in there.

The rubber part is removable, and that reveals the first part of the clear plastic. The modification (presumably) is that another piece of smooth clear plastic is added, and the bulb is moved forward. I just thought it was interesting that they are using the exact same flashlight.
